Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoQuill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination
